James Tingue  from Delevan, New York took up pulling horses ten years ago.  He competes with his two horses in lightweight contests in New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio.  James is a fine representative of the future of horsepulling being a very capable teamster and always eager to help out his fellow competitors.  He told us that the horsepull in Wooster, Ohio is his favorite to compete in throughout the year.   James skids logs for a living.   Finishing second at the Hemlock Fair in Hemlock, NY. in 2003 is James most important accomplishment in pulling to date.   His goal for the future is to continue to compete and have fun pulling horses and to win a few more pulls.  I have no doubt he will do just that.
