Ken Hill of Lumberjack Farms in Riverdale, Michigan has been pulling horses for 15 years. Ken competes  in heavyweight pulls in primarily his home State of Michigan but can also be found on occasion pulling in Ohio and Indiana.  He is retired from the oil and gas industry and now can spend more time pulling his four horses. Ken lists the Marion Fair, Montcalm County 4-H Fair and the pull in West Branch as his favorite pulls to compete in during the year.  He considers his most important accomplishment in pulling as just seeing to the safety of his horses.  Ken happily notes that  he believes the pulling association he belongs to (Michigan Horse Pulling Assn.) is moving ahead in the right direction.
