TESTING
When a team has blood drawn at a horse pull for testing why isn't the owner of those horses provided the results. How do they know the blood was even tested??? I'm not saying they need to get the results of other teams tested...but if their horses are being stuck with a needle by a vet...they are entitled to get some form of prove that the test was done. This should be mandatory. They should be provided some sort of information from the lab etc. showing the results good or bad. It should be in the rules/regulations of any horse pull association. Also does anyone know who is in charge of the MD, PA and VA horse pull rules and regulations. Any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
