Maine Horsepull Results
You may have noticed that I have a tough time running down results from the horsepulls in the State of Maine. It has been a consistant problem for several years. I would very much like to post all the results but can only do so if they are provided to me. So I'm asking for help. This plea goes out to everyone and anyone who attends the pulls in Maine. Pullers, spectators or pull officials. If you have a cellphone and can go up to the scorers table at the conclusion of the pull and ask to take a picture of the scoresheet and then can email me those pictures I would very much appreciate it. This would save you from having to type anything. If you are technically challenged I certainly understand. Maybe you have a family member who can help out. There are several coming up that are particularly difficult for me. Acton, Dover Foxcroft, Blue Hill, Litchfield, Clinton, Oxford and Farmington. So if you can please think about helping out. My email address is Thank You. Bill Torrey

I would also like to say that the "helping out" plea does not just go for Maine. I can use help all over the country. I have a pretty good network of people who help me accumulate results but I can always use more help. Since August 1 I have posted results from 123 events. In that same time there were 8 pulls that I did not have success running down the results. That adds up to a 94% success rate but I realize there are those along with myself that would have liked to have seen the results from the other 8. So if your attending a pull and can pull out your cellphone and take a picture of a scoresheet and email it to me I'd appreciate it. If you want to see the results from all the pulls don't wait for someone else to send them in. I would rather get multiple copies then none at all. Thank You Bill Torrey
