What do I have to do with this besides a friendly posting. My stock isn't able to complete with the talent there. I do enjoy the top teams from every state that battle it out though. We put out a lot of sweet corn and cultivated a lot with our team this year. There 4 might be ready for next years fair.

I have to agree , you hardly never see North Carolina or Virginia boys come up to Kentucky , Ohio or Michigan to pull....a little different level of horse pulling fellas !!

Yep and you can bet your last dollar if Dave can get off work and all his ducks in a row he'll be there in Kentucky. He's not scarred to be beaten because sometimes ole Dave comes out on top.

The bottom line Kentucky state fair puts on one great pull. For me it's the toughest in the world to win. Everything has to be perfect to win and it's a great place to represent your state as well and the best teams from every state should be there to try and take the win! I've seen many teams come that has won a lot of pulls feel the agony of defeat including myself it's hard to handle getting a load crossed on you when you've been on top.

I have to agree Kentucky state fair brings in the best of every state.
Last year 2017, the first top 6 placed teams in the lightweights were from 6 different states.. pretty impressive !! A really good pull lights and heavies.
