speeding up horse pull
    by watching the videos a machine pull is no doubt a lot quicker, but here in new england what can be done to shorten the time of these 6/12 foot pulls. i think to attract new spectators that might be helpfull to try,not everybody can sit in the front row in their lawn chairs, how about the poor spectator getting blisters sitting for 3+hours on hard bleacher seats.

have more pulls on the machine thier is one in nh. also have teams lined up in the order they pull.

I think 2 hooks 3 minutes,Only in large classes like 8 or more teams.and line them up in the order they pull is good suggestion also, The machine maybe, but not to much of it.
