Other Top Horses
    Out side SMUCK who is a legend and TONY who is in up and coming. What other horses are out there that people need to keep and eye on. We all have our Favorite Horses. Let's hear them and give some credit where it is due.

Oscars Prince is as good as thay come. I like Joe Hays Bob to, the one that Claunch pulls.

I agree Jerry both nice horses... I would have to give my vote to the Abe horse of AJ Thompson...

I'm a huge fan of Jim, the big roan horse that brown bros.pull. I don't think he gets enough credit for what he has done and what he still does at the age of 14.

i might be wrong but i think his name is jim . nice ,very nice horse . but what about the brown bros. rex horse ? that is one stout freak of nature !!

you know me better then that if I state it I believe in it....Abe is a great heavyweight horses...sure there are better horses out there but this is about giving credit to horses that are do it!!

I also think Stover's CLAY horse, Jo-Jo & Glen's PETE Horse, Frank Valley's DICK Horse,McIntire & Arnold's Todd Horse are all good horses and let's not forget Jeff's DICK Horse in that mix either....All deserve credit and are all GREAT Horses.

Its so funny what when we all start naming good horses that somehow we forget to talk about the horses that have been on top of things. What about Bob and Louie of Yoder and Hatfield? Or what about Barney that belongs to Larry Evans now?

Rex is stouter than most but he's got a hard head. Jim has a golden heart thats why i like him the best

No one forgot Yoder and Hatfield you need to read the question again it's about horses that are due credit and who your favorite is....Chris is a great horseman and his horses are good and always on top but not my favorites SORRY!

Exactly my point. Give credit where credit is due. I think that both Bob and Louie are due credit is not about the favorite. They are both good horses and I dont think that any of us can deny that. As for Smuck not having to tote his part and another horses part, your wrong about that. He has not always been pulled with proven horses. Just to give and example this past year at the mid winter pull in Kentucky he was pulled with a green horse that had came out of the Amish settlement 3 months prior. He grabed is part and the other horses part on the last load. The only reason that they didnt take it distance is because the green horse stepped on a rope.

Who cares!! I was not even talking about Smuck in the previous post. You were the one that was bashing him, like he hasnt proven his place in horsepulling. I was talking about Bob and Louie. But as for checking the results I dont need to. Smuck was on the last load that everyone hooked to. Will Jones crossed that load and the contest was over.
