Syracuse,NY. Spring Pull
I would like to thank Doug Smith and others for running a really good pull. This was one of the best pulls I've seen in a long time.

I would also like to thank Doug and for that matter everyone for the hospitality extended to me. I would also like to encourage anyone that is interested in competing at the Calgary Stampede to check out their link here and enter as soon as possible. We are somewhat short of 3000lb horses as well as heavyweights. I believe the prize money is the highest anywhere, $3000 for first, paying 8 places. As well the sponsorship auction usually averges around $2200 of which the driver keeps 1/2.

They had the best of Horses in the country, with a good judging staff that really knows how to put on a very nice pull.

What a nice surprise...all of the positive comments about the Syracuse Spring Pull! The officers and board of directors all work very hard to put on the Spring Pull. There are always things that we can improve on but it is definitely our intent to put on the best pull that we possibly can. Thanks for noticing!

Thanks to the NYSHPA for a great and professional pull! Thanks to Doug & Carol Smith and Bob and Deb Williams for their help with the booth. Thanks to Ken & Judy McNeeley for helping us move the booth and the coffee. Thanks to Bill Torrey for helping and for the goodies. Thanks to Chris Cole of Pennwoods Equine for educating us about his products and all of his help. Thanks to our customers for their support of the Community Equine booth and we wish them success with their new products.

Brown brothers did a fantastic job again, the Brown brothers will always take time to say hello and have a little chat no matter what they are doing. This family is a great asset to horse pulling.
