Class horses comeing back in to pull in the FFA How do people feel about the class horses being able to come back and pull for top monies in the FFA. I have heard many opinions about this from "It is a FFA, they should beable to pull what they want for first just like anybody else, and then there is the argument that the FFA people only get to pull once and the class horses had their chance to pull, so they should have to take bottom money." Bob Smith Thursday, October 7, 2010 at 07:47 PM If I was to get beat by a pair of lightweights I would put my tail between my legs and run, especially after they have been pulled in multiple classes prior to the FFA class. Those who pull heavies and get beat by a class horses should never complain or argue, get home and do your homework. hotrod02 Thursday, October 7, 2010 at 07:58 PM if my heavyweights got beat by lightweights i would turn them out Ben Sunday, October 17, 2010 at 05:00 PM They should stay in there own weight class. The light weight classes wouldn't like it if the heavy weights pulled in there class and took there money. Thats why there is weight classes. Ben Reed clyde6 Monday, October 18, 2010 at 09:01 AM Free for all should be " open to the world " any weight .( I am also in favor of a team pulling only once a day. Just my opinion.)If you want to limit it to a weight class, start at a certain team weight and call it a Heavy weight class. Russ Ahlquist, Colville, Washington scott Monday, October 18, 2010 at 05:12 PM most free for all classes in nh this year did not even have enough teams to fill the class.if people did not put the light weights in the class you might only have 3 or 4 heavies in the class. As far as the lights beeting the heavies, just look at the results page in new england , the top 3 or 4 lights are on more weight than some of the bigger teams. Ben Reed Couldn't have put that better myself, the Weight Classes are for the weighed horses for that particular class. An that is the class they should draw in, I am also in favor of that team only pulling once that day. But if they have a horse that has not pulled in a class during the course of the day then thay can draw. Now If they want to have an OPEN class for any wieght of horses to pull then they should have one. Its how advertised or how its posted as FFA then all horses draw if its posted as over 3200 or over 3300 then it for Heavywight horses only HomeLoginResultsScheduleOur GoalSponsorsContact UsVideosPhotosPuller ProfileLook'n BackLinksThe ScoopMessage Boards |
