Must qualify 1st load in order to be eligible for premium. Heavyweights MUST be on the grounds and entered by 5pm. Premium money for drug tested horses will be withheld pending results. Positive results will result in forfeited prize money. All other prize money will be mailed within 10 days of the event.
**Allegany county Fair – Fair Book Addition to Rule 21: Lack of cooperation with State oficials, veterinarian, technician, directors, superintendent or other fair officials, drivers/owners will be disqualified and forfeit all prize money and not be allowed the following year at the Allegany County Fair. Addition to Rule 23: Testing will be in an area designated by the State Veterinarian or technician.**
